CinnaRoasted offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Due to the perishable nature of food items, please contact us immediately for
instructions on returns. Returns will be accepted from 7 days of receipt.
In the event a wrong item is shipped or a package is damaged during transit, we will
offer replacement after the product is received back to CinnaRoasted.
When a corporate gift is returned to CinnaRoasted due to a wrong address, company
closing or unknown recipient, CinnaRoasted will contact the customer to determine an
alternate address for the gift to be re-shipped. In the event that a valid shipping address
is not available, the customer may have the package shipped directly to their company.
If a package is shipped to an incorrect address, FedEx© charges a $14.99 fee for
correction. This cost will be passed to the customer. Please ensure that all of the
provided addresses are correct and deliverable prior to placing an order.
Shipping charges accrued due to incorrect information provided by the customer, will be
added to the final invoice.
