SHIPPING POLICY

Pick up at New Brighton Store:

 Please note store hours are from 10am to 6pm.

Bulk Shipments:

Bulk shipments are shipments that are sent directly to the customer’s company for their own
distribution. They will usually arrive in multiple packages.

Direct Shipments:

Direct shipments are made on behalf of the customer/customer’s company via provided
address spreadsheets.

Excel formats will be provided to the customer which are compatible with FedEx© Ship
Manager. CinnaRoasted utilizes FedEx© for all of its shipments except for PO Boxes, as FedEx©
does not ship to PO Boxes. In the event that the customer does not have the ability to utilize
the provided spreadsheet, an administrative fee will be added to their invoice based on the
number of gift recipients.

Shipping charges will be added to your final invoice.

REFUND POLICY
